Mount Holly Riverwalk - The Big Picture

  • Do you have questions about Mount Holly's proposed Greenway and the positive effects it’s designed to have on our community?
  • Are you excited about creating a place to walk, jog, and cycle or just get away from it all?
  • Are you concerned about security, costs, and how the Greenway can positively affect our community's economy?

If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, then you’ll want to join us on Wednesday, February 10th at the Mount Holly Citizens Center Training Room, 400 E. Central Avenue.

Starting 6:30 pm, you can view the public displays. The presentation starts at 7 pm, with experts who will address these questions and more.

Mount Holly Matters is a free public forum presented by the Mount Holly Community Development Foundation.

Developing a Greenway, which has been taking shape during the past six years, is the single largest project undertaken by the Foundation.  This forum will provide a chance to meet the key partners who are helping bring our Greenway from dreams to reality, including: Clariant Corp, American & Efird Inc, the City of Mount Holly, the Carolina Thread Trail and Greenways Inc, among others.

Don't miss the Q&A session at the end of the forum. This is your chance to ask about any of your concerns and hopes for the Greenway as it continues to develop.  Please come prepared with your questions!
