Mount Holly Logo Contest: Creating a Brand for our City

The Foundation is working in collaboration with the City of Mount Holly to sponsor an area-wide contest for a new visual logo. Entries are due on March 15 and the creator of the winning design will receive $200 plus public recognition.

This logo will not replace the official City seal - it will create a visual "brand" for Mount Holly and be used for such purposes as banners, gateway and directional signs.  

The new logo can pay homage to the City's rich textile history, while creating awareness of Mount Holly's connection to the Catawba River and its vital place within the Charlotte region.
