The Foundation conducts its business and projects through the Executive Board and committees. These committees have been appointed by the Chair to fulfill the Board’s stated goals. The committees are:

• Downtown Revitalization and Historic District
• Economic Development
• Executive Committee
• Friends of the Greenways (FROGS)
• Fundraising
